All students, regardless of the tuition plan, are subject to the following miscellaneous fees:

Course extension fee** $188.00
Course registration fee $56.00
Enrollment extension fee* $233.00
Graduation fee $290.00 (paid the year of graduation)
Late course registration fee $153.00
Late fee for annual enrollment $55.00
Leave of absence fee $65.00
Returned check fee $35.00
Technology Services fee $121.00
Transcript fee $10.00

 

NOTES:

  • Regardless of residence, military personnel have the option to pay New Jersey residency tuition, as long as they have selected and paid either the Enrolled Options Tuition Plan ,
    Per Credit Tuition Plan or Comprehensive Tuition Plan. Military Programs and related tuition and fees can be viewed by clicking here
  • All fees listed here were approved on June 7, 2013, by the Board of Trustees of Thomas Edison State College and are effective October 1, 2013. Tuition and fees are subject to change.

* To be used by those students whose anniversary date occurs up to three months prior to their anticipated graduation date. The anniversary date may be extended up to three months at a cost of $233 per month. Students who anticipate a delay of longer than three months must remit the full Annual Enrollment Tuition.

** To be used by students who need additional time to complete course work or exams past the end date of the term. This fee can not be used to extend enrollment and does not keep a student enrolled if the annual enrollment year has expired
