MUS-128 Piano Pedagogy
The student will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the techniques, methods and materials for teaching the elementary and intermediate piano student including an evaluation and critical analysis of the elements necessary to achieve music literacy, keyboard musicianship and comprehensive training as well as practical training in developing studio policies, establishment of effective practice habits, recital preparation and motivational strategies.
