COM-330 Interpersonal Communication
The student will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the process of interpersonal communications through an examination of self-concept, emphatic listening, one-on-one listening skills, interviewing skills, group-decision making, nonverbal communications skills, and the basic principals of public speaking. The student should also be able to demonstrate the effects of conflict and human differences upon interpersonal communication.
