myEdison® Student Portal is now back online as upgrades to the portal have successfully been completed. Click here for important information about logging into your courses.

Following the recent myEdison upgrade, students and mentors may receive an error message the first time they link to their Moodle courses. That error message may say: "SSO error. The login to Moodle failed. SSO credentials for user "0#.w|students\thomas.edison" could not be found in application "MoodleSSO" Enter your credentials.”

To fix this issue, click on the "Enter Your Credentials" text and you will be sent to a gray page that asks you to enter:

  • Windows User Name: firstname.lastname (no students\)
  • Windows Password: (Your Password)
  • Confirm Windows Password: (Your Password)
