The Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice prepares Coast Guard members with the skills needed for professional growth within the Coast Guard or for a civilian career once active duty service has ended. Students focus on the interdisciplinary study of crime and the functioning of the criminal justice system while developing critical analytical skills and knowledge of the research findings and methods used in the field.  In addition, students develop a broad general knowledge of the traditional liberal arts disciplines while developing a greater depth of knowledge in criminal justice.

Learn how Coast Guard and Maritime Law Enforcement Academy training can be applied as credit toward this degree.
