Graduate Student Services Now Handled by Learner Services
Broader Access & Enhanced Service for Graduate Students Graduate student services at Thomas Edison State College, including graduate admissions, advisement, transfer credit evaluation, and course registration services, are now being coordinated by the Office of Learner Services."This change broadens access to services, expands the level of assistance provided, and ensures consistent, quality answers to our graduate students' questions," said Dave Anderson, assistant vice provost for Learner Support.
Graduate Admissions
The Office of Admissions is now responsible for all admissions processing for graduate students. The Admissions Office will also serve as the primary point of contact for all non-academic information and will provide or facilitate the receipt of information to students. Questions about the graduate admissions process, application status, or the status of an evaluation should be directed to the Admissions Office at (888) 442-8372, or gradstudies@tesc.edu, or by submitting a Help Desk ticket through myEdison (select Office of Admissions, then Graduate Students).
Graduate Advising
The Office of Academic Advising is now providing all advisement services to graduate students. Graduate students can contact the Academic Advisement Office at (888) 442-8372, or gradstudies@tesc.edu, or by submitting a Help Desk ticket through myEdison (select Academic Advisement Only, then Graduate Advising).
Graduate Course Registration
Graduate students can register for courses by using any of the following methods:
- Online Registration: This is available to graduate students who have been approved for Thomas Edison State College financial aid and students who are paying the graduate tuition by credit card. Once logged in, students must select the appropriate graduate term at the top of the screen to select from the graduate course offerings. Register Online.
- Fax: Graduate course registrations may be faxed to (609) 292-1657. Download a Graduate Registration Form.
- Telephone: Graduate students may register by phone by calling (609) 633-9242 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday – Friday (ET).
- U.S. Mail: Graduate students can mail their course registration forms to:
