Online SHRM Learning System Certificate

Thomas Edison State College offers an online professional certificate designed to prepare human resources professionals to take the PHR® (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR® (Senior Professional in Human Resources) examinations. This course is offered in a self-paced, independent study format with limited mentor support.

Please Note: Requirements for both the PHR and SPHR certificates changed as of the May-June 2011 testing window. These revisions are designed to reflect the needs of the ever-changing human resources profession and to better align candidate profiles with the challenges of the actual workplace.
