The Workforce Career Coach Facilitator (WCCF) Certificate is a 120-hour program designed for workforce, career, human resources, out-placement and education professionals interested in obtaining an international credential as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF). Successful completion of this noncredit certificate program satisfies the training requirement component for earning the Global Career Development Facilitator credential.
The credential is conferred by the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), an affiliate of the National Board for Certified Counselors, the largest helping skills credentialing organization in the world. Both the online and classroom-based formats of the College's Workforce Career Coach Facilitator certificate program have been approved by CCE as official curricula that satisfies the training requirement for the GCDF credential.
