The Workforce Career Coach Facilitator certificate program is offered in partnership with Career Solutions: Preparing Pathfinders and Guides, LLC, a Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) approved provider of the Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) curriculum.
Career Solutions instructors, Suzanne Guibert and Harvey Schmelter-Davis, are authors of the curriculum and leaders in the workforce and career development field. They have developed the online program for Thomas Edison State College and will serve as course facilitators for this certificate program. Their most recent experience has been working as senior practitioners in residence at the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University, where they wrote curricula and provided training in workforce and career development.
