Servicemembers Opportunity College (SOC) agreements
Once your Academic Program Evaluation is complete, you will then receive a SOC student agreement (view sample SOC student agreement) which will be mailed to you and can be viewed at www.earmyu.com. Thomas Edison State College will complete this agreement prior to the completion of your first course. You must send us an official copy of your AARTS transcripts as well as official transcripts from all of your previously attended regionally accredited college and universities so that your SOC student agreement is complete. Upon request, we will update your SOC student agreement when you complete additional courses. If you take courses at institutions other than Thomas Edison State College during your enrollment, you must request that they send us an official copy of your transcript even though the information is listed on the eArmyU portal.
