Course Extension/Withdraw

Extensions

Course extensions are available to students who require additional time to complete their course. The extension request must be submitted to the Office to the Registrar using the online Request for Extension form before the end of the original semester.

Extensions are automatically approved if they are requested before the term ends. The students are to reschedule all their remaining assignments and examinations taking the extra time into consideration and are told to share the new schedule with their mentor. It is your responsibility to let your examination proctor know when you plan to take your final examination. Please contact the Office of Test Administration at 609-633-6353 two weeks in advance to request your exam be sent to your proctor.

Verbal requests for extensions are not accepted by the College. Students are only allowed one extension per course.

Course Withdrawals

Students who intend to withdraw must do by dropping the course through the eArmyU portal. The Registrar receives the request for withdrawal from the student and notifies the student and consulting mentor by sending them written notice of the approval. Verbal requests for withdrawals are not accepted by the College.
