Grades

Final Grades

The final course grades are posted on the eArmyU Portal within 14 days after the end of the term. Students will also receive a final grade report from the Office of the Registrar. If the mentor does not receive the final exam within 14 days of the end of the course an "I" will be issued for the course. Once the examination is graded a change of grade will be placed in the eArmyU portal.

If the student disagrees with the grade assigned by their mentor, they must address their concerns in detail in writing to the Office of the Registrar. The College will then send a copy of their letter to their mentor as a request to review and revise the grade. The student then receives a corrected grade or a grade appeal denial letter.
