Having your transcript sent to Thomas Edison State College
After you apply to the College, you need to have transcripts of all previous college course work sent to Thomas Edison State College. Please contact the Registrar's Office at the colleges and universities you have previously attended and request that official transcripts be sent directly to the College. Click here to access a Transcript Request Form. Fees for transcripts vary; please check with the sending institution to determine if any amount is due. Students are responsible to pay any fees associated with a transcript request. The College will not use the list of courses located on the eArmyU portal in place of official transcripts. All transcripts must be sent to the following address:
Office of the Registrar
Thomas Edison State College
101 West State Street
Trenton NJ 08608-1176
In addition, you need to request a copy of your AARTS transcript to be sent directly to Thomas Edison State College. When this documentation is received, we will perform an evaluation of your college level experience and apply it to your Student Agreement. This evaluation will enable you to see which credits you have completed and which requirements you have left to complete before being awarded your degree. Once you receive the SOC Student Agreement, you can schedule an appointment with an academic advisor to determine how you plan to complete the degree requirements.
Any questions about incoming transcripts should be directed to (888) 442-8372 or registrar@tesc.edu.
