Graduate Application Process
Application to the graduate programs is competitive and the College seeks applicants willing to engage with the subject matter, the graduate mentors and other students in the "cohort" to create an effective graduate school experience.
Students participating in the graduate programs who are enrolled as eArmyU students will have all of their courses offered online. Students are required to work independently and actively participate in online classroom activities. During the course of your graduate studies, students will be asked to keep a journal, participate in group projects or class presentations. Your application to Thomas Edison State College indicates your interest in participating in an online learning environment.
Successful applicants will join a class of other students who have made the commitment to be active, online learners. Your progress through the program will be facilitated by your willingness to set a priority on achieving your educations goals, by a schedule designed to facilitate completion of your degree, and by a Graduate Programs staff willing to assist you in meeting your goals.

- A Graduate Admissions Application must be submitted for students applying to graduate programs. To apply online, click on the "Application" button on the top, right of this page to access the Graduate Application.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Applying well in advance of the application deadline is strongly recommended. Thomas Edison State College Graduate programs run four semesters per year. A student who has applied to the program, has an incomplete application package and has not been accepted into the graduate program by the beginning of the subsequent graduate registration period will no longer be considered an applicant to the graduate program. All incomplete application packages will expire at the end of the registration period and the student will be required to resubmit the online application component for the next term. Any other application packet items already received (other than the application itself) will be maintained for one year from the date of receipt.
Registration for courses normally begins four weeks prior to the start of the semester.
