Leadership Trenton

Leadership Trenton is a program of the John S. Watson Institute for Public Policy of Thomas Edison State College. The program expands and improves the network of civic and community leaders who care about the city's future and who are committed to working together to make the Trenton region a better place to live and work.

The participants, known as "Fellows," have to live or work in the region, commit to a ten-month program of monthly experiential seminars, assist with the design of a class project, and participate in enrichment class project seminars and networking activities.

Funding is made possible with support from charter and current funders:  The American Re-Insurance Company, Bristol-Myers Squibb, The Bunbury Company, Inc., Children's Futures, The Fund for New Jersey, The Harbourton Foundation, Janssen, L.P., Mercer Foundation of the Community Foundation of NJ, Merrill Lynch, New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, The Princeton Area Community Foundation, The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, The Schumann Fund for New Jersey, and Wachovia Foundation.
