The Philanthropic Response to 9/11, chronicling the impact of the tragic events of September 11, 2001. The report, commissioned by the Ford Foundation and authored by noted philanthropic authority Tom Seessel, details how philanthropic policy has been affected by the terror attacks and also examines the responses to the events by philanthropic, governmental and nongovernmental organizations.
