Undergraduate Courses

The following information will help the eArmyU student understand how online courses at Thomas Edison State College are organized. As you read through the Online Student Handbook, you will become familiarized with distance education courses and how they are administered. Topics covered are mentors, accessing course materials, preparing and submitting assignments, obtaining a test proctor, and what to expect during online student class discussions. Click to access the Online Student Handbook.

Thomas Edison State College online courses have not been designed specifically to work in an offline application environment. The bulk of the course content will likely transfer successfully to a WOLA environment, but there will be links to the Internet and also to the College’s own server that students won’t be able to follow when they are offline. However, students will still be able to complete the reading and writing assignments.
