Master of Science in Management

The Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree focuses on organizational leadership, and benefits management professionals by integrating management theory and practice to a wide range of organizations. The degree program was developed by Thomas Edison State College at the request of major New Jersey employers looking for an academically rigorous and practical educational opportunity for seasoned managers who demonstrate the potential for growth and advancement.  The Master of Science in Management is offered completely online and is a 36-credit program.

Electives may be taken at any time and include any Thomas Edison State College online graduate courses. Students may also develop graduate Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) portfolios or work with a graduate mentor to design an independent study course. Students may also transfer graduate credits from other regionally accredited institutions or apply credits recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education (ACE).
