Matusak Endowed Scholarship
The Larraine R. Matusak Endowed Scholarship The Larraine R. Matusak Scholarship was established in honor of Dr. Larraine R. Matusak, who served as the second president of Thomas Edison State College from 1979 to 1982. This fund was created to honor Dr. Matusak's deep and continuing commitment to access, choice and quality of higher educational opportunities for adult learners.
Additional criteria for this scholarship are:
- Applicants must be new or continuing students pursuing a minimum of 6 credits in an undergraduate degree program at Thomas Edison State College.
- Funds received must be applied to textbooks, fees or tuition toward any credit-earning option offered at Thomas Edison State College.
- Application deadline is March 30; the scholarship will be awarded May 1.
