The School of Business and Management provides a broad curriculum that encompasses the academic and professional areas of current business and management specialties. Organizational leadership is a strong focus of our curriculum, which ensures college-level competence in business and the arts and sciences.
The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree program at Thomas Edison State College was ranked as one of the top five best buys in the country for online regionally accredited undergraduate business degrees, according to a national survey conducted by GetEducated.com. In addition, GetEducated.com ranked the College's Master of Science in Management and Master of Science in Human Resources Management degree programs as top best buys. Also, the College's graduate program in human resources is aligned with the Society for Human Resource Management.
The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership degree program addresses the educational needs of the corporate, non-profit and government sectors by providing working adults an excellent opportunity to understand the roles and personal dynamics required to be an effective organizational leader.
