Master of Science in Management/Leadership


The Master of Science in Management degree is planned to serve employed adults who have had professional experience in the management field. The degree is designed to have broad appeal. The program integrates the theory and practice of management as it applies to diverse organizations, educational institutions and other nonprofit agencies. The emphasis is on theory and practice in the management of organizations. The development of analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and the application of those abilities to actual and simulated management situations make the program unique.

eArmyU students may transfer in up to 9 semester hours of graduate credits completed elsewhere. Twenty-seven of the 36 credits required must be completed through Thomas Edison State College's independent computer-based graduate course offerings as listed in the credit distribution requirements.
